***Bước 1:*** Bấm chọn biểu tượng **Nhân viên**

***Bước 2:*** Tại tab **Tài khoản**, bấm chọn dấu **“+” Thêm mới**.

**Nhập thông tin tài khoản**

1. Nhập các thông tin tương ứng
2. Ghi nhớ tên đăng nhập để đăng nhập vào phần mềm sử dụng.
3. Quyền chức danh: Chọn quyền tương ứng với chức danh của người dùng.

(Quyền chức danh được tạo ở mục tạo quyền)

‌Sau khi điền đầy đủ thông tin thì biểu mẫu tự động xuất hiện nút **TIẾP TỤC**

‌Bấm chọn để qua bước tiếp theo

**Nhập thông tin vai trò**

1. Chọn chi nhánh nếu có nhiều chi nhánh.
2. Chọn phòng ban tương ứng, nếu chưa có thì có thể tạo nhanh bằng cách bấm vào **dấu cộng “+”**.
3. Chọn chức danh tương ứng vị trí công việc, nếu chưa có thì có thể tạo nhanh bằng cách bấm vào **dấu cộng “+”**.

‌Bấm nút **TIẾP TỤC** để qua bước tiếp theo.

‌Điền các thông tin cá nhân tương ứng và bấm nút **LƯU** để hoàn thành việc tạo người dùng mới.
